How to Locate Cloud Professional Services in Xvantage™

Overview:

This document outlines the steps to locate Cloud Professional Services in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and select Services.

3. Hover over Professional.

4. Select Cloud Professional Services.

5. The Cloud Professional Services page will be displayed, providing additional information and available options.

6. Scroll down and click the More Information about the Cloud button.

7. A new tab will open the Ingram Micro Cloud page.

8. The Ingram Micro Cloud page provides additional information about Cloud Services, including the different vendors and their contact numbers.

9. Click Email to open your default mail application.

10. Compose your message and click Send.
