How to Locate Delivery Lead Time Services in Xvantage™

Overview:

This document outlines the steps to locate Delivery Lead Time service within Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left navigation menu, select Services.

3. Click Delivery Lead Time. This will take you to the Delivery Lead Time page. On that page by default, you land on the Delivery Lead Times tab.

4. As you scroll down through the Delivery Lead Times tab you will see the Delivery guide. It provides an estimation for the delivery time of your order based on the Delivery Destination.

   *Note: The information in the guide is tentative estimation and is subject to change due to variety of factors. The factors that may affect the delivery time of your order are explained in the Note below the Delivery guide.

5. View the Resources tab next to Delivery Lead Times tab and discover why Ingram Micro is the best fit for your shipment needs.
