Overview:
For HPE Configure-to-Order (CTO) configurations, lead time information may need to be gathered from multiple sources, such as external communications (email or XML) or line-level details and comments. As a result, determining the overall estimated delivery timeline for a configuration can be time-consuming.
This article explains how to view the consolidated lead time at the line level for HPE CTO configurations, helping users quickly identify the longest lead time impacting the overall delivery estimate and communicate expected timelines more effectively.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and click My Business.
Then, choose Quotes.
Locate your HPE quote and proceed to checkout as usual.
The Shipping Lead Time appears above the order lines in the order information section, alongside details such as End Customer, Reseller, and Deal Information.
Place your cursor over the estimated lead time within the Line Items section to view additional information in a tooltip.
