This article covers how to view and manage Cisco subscription modification quotes including how to analyze changes in pricing and contract terms in Xvantage.
Subtopic 1: Locate a Cisco modification quote in Xvantage
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu, go to My Business. Next, select Quotes.
Alternatively, click Start Quote from the homepage.
Select Quote using vendor deal option.
Choose CISCO as the vendor’s name.
In the Deal ID dropdown, enter your Deal ID or CCW-R quote ID then click View Details.
Subtopic 2: Review deal modifications in Xvantage
Process:
1. On the Deal Overview page, note:
Changes made
MSRP pricing
Snapshot of deal history
2. Review:
Quantity and price changes
Removed lines (listed below active products)
Contract price decreases
Subtopic 3: Submit and track the modified quote in Xvantage
Process:
1. At the bottom of the quote, review:
Net change amount
Total contract term price
2. Click Request Quote.
3. Enter recipient email addresses.
4. The recipient(s) will receive a quote in Excel format with:
Net change amount and total price
Vendor part numbers, product descriptions, and quantities
Line-by-line change breakdown
Contract price reductions (removed lines not shown)
