Overview:
Refer to this knowledge base to customize your email subscriptions for Xvantage’s newest promotions, Ingram Micro events, loyalty programs, products and solutions, and more.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the home page or any section of Xvantage, scroll down to the bottom and find the Company Information section. After that, click on About Ingram Micro.
A new tab will appear displaying the information about Ingram Micro as a business. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select Sign up for the Newsletter.
You will be taken to the My Communications page.
Fill in your Email address, country, and type of user.
Fields that are indicated with an asterisk (*) must be filled out.
Choose your preference:
Subscribe and manage communications - Provide your email address and click Submit to verify it. Once verified, you'll receive a link to manage your communication preferences and choose how you'd like to receive updates from Ingram Micro, including by email or phone.
Unsubscribe from All - If you unsubscribe from all communication preferences, you will no longer receive Ingram Micro marketing and promotional emails. However, you will continue to receive important account-related messages, such as transactional, service, and system-generated communications related to your business relationship with Ingram Micro.
Finally, hit Submit.
