How to Manage Multi-Factor Authentification (MFA) Settings in Storefront in Xvantage for End Customers

Overview:

This article explains how to manage your Multi-factor Authentification (MFA) settings in Xvantage for End Customers (X4EC) Storefront.

Process:

1. Log in to your Xvantage for End Customers Storefront.

2. Press the round icon at the top right of the X4EC homepage, then select Account settings from the drop-down menu that opens.

3. In the Account settings page, click on the Security tab.

4. On the right side of the Security subsection, you’ll see the Multi-factor Authentification (MFA) tab where you can toggle the different verification modalities (Email verification, Okta Verify and One-Time-Password Authenticator) on and off as per your preference.
