Quote Notifications in Xvantage helps in keeping track of significant quote activities by providing automated email and in-app alerts for essential events in the quote lifecycle. Users have the ability to set their notification preferences and receive prompt updates regarding quote expirations, approvals, modifications, activations, and other crucial changes.

Enabling Quote Notifications
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Within the homepage, navigate to the upper right corner of the page. Click on the bell icon (Notifications).
Once it opens, click the gear icon (Notification Settings).
You will be directed to the Notification Settings page.
Alternatively, you may go to you Account > Account Settings > Notification Setting tab.
Locate the Quotes dropdown menu.
Tick the boxes under the Email and In-App columns, depending on your preference.
Daily Quote Activity - Receive summaries of:
Quotes activated last week
Quotes revised last week
Quotes expiring within the coming week
Quotes ordered last week
Quotes expired last week
Weekly Quote Activity - Receive focused notifications for quotes requiring immediate attention through:
Email notifications
In-app notification
Direct links to quote details and filtered quote lists
Quotes Expiring in 7 Days - Receive focused notifications for quotes requiring immediate attention through:
Email notifications
In-app notification
Direct links to quote details and filtered quote lists
Weekly Top Quotes - Receive a weekly summary of quotes with highest probability to close.
A green notification will appear, verifying the modifications that have been made.

All your notifications within the platform will be displayed in this area, including Quotes, once successfully enabled.
