Overview:
Refer to this knowledge base article to manage your email settings for subscription renewals in Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and click on My Business. Then, select Renewals.
Once you are on the Renewals page, select the Renewal Preferences button located at the top right corner of the page.
The renewable subscriptions/programs will appear.
Under the Vendor column, click the arrow icon to view full renewals details.
From here, customize your renewal email preferences by toggling buttons.
Once done, click Save.
