Overview:
This article offers a step-by-step guide on how to manage your Xvantage for End Customers (X4EC) account settings.
Process:
Log in to your Xvantage for End Customers Storefront.
Click on your initials found at the top right of the homepage and click Account Settings.
In the page that opens, you can choose between several tabs:
Profile details - allowing you to update your personal data
Cloud business contacts - where you can specify both primary, billing and technical contact details
Team members - enabling you to manage team member access permissions — e.g. adding a new team member, assigning someone an admin role, etc.)
Security - where you can set up a multifactor authentication.
