Overview:
This article explains how to order Adobe VIP Marketplace Commercial subscriptions without a 3-Year Commitment (3YC) in Xvantage™.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Search for Adobe.
Select the Subscriptions tab, then choose Adobe VIP Marketplace – Only Commercial.
Click See options.
Enter the required number of licenses in the Quantity field, then click Add to Cart.
Note: Orders with 10 or more licenses may be eligible for 3YC pricing. If you do not want a 3YC commitment, ensure that the Enable 3YC option remains unselected during checkout.
Click the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the page to continue with the order.
Assign the order to an end customer by clicking + Add End Customer.
Enter the end customer information and click Save.
Review the customer details, accept the agreement to associate the end customer account, and then click Select.
Click Continue to Checkout.
Complete the required reseller and end-customer information.
If the reseller details are already configured, click Save & Continue.
Enter the Adobe Admin User's email address. Adobe will send an email with instructions for getting started.
Verify that the Enable 3YC checkbox is not selected, then click Save & Continue.
Review the order details, enter a PO Number if required, and click Place Order.
Important: If the order is submitted with an incorrect quantity, place a new order with the correct quantity and submit a return request for the incorrect order within 14 days of the original order date.
