Overview:
This article provides steps for ordering Adobe VIP Marketplace Subscriptions without a 3-year commitment on Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Search for Adobe in vendor section from the left nav menu.
Filter the search results by clicking the Subscriptions option and then click the Adobe VIP Marketplace – Only Commercial.
Click See options.
Add the number of licenses needed for the order under Quantity. Click the Add to cart button.
Note: If you add 10 licenses or more, this will trigger the eligibility for 3YC pricing. If you do not want to commit to 3YC, uncheck the Enable 3YC checkbox during the order flow.
Click the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the page to continue with the order.
You need to select an end customer to whom you'll assign the order. Click the + Add End Customer.
Enter the details for the end customer account and then click Save.
Review the details for the end customer and check the agreement to associate the end customer with the details you entered. After selecting the details to use, click Select.
The end customer account is now selected. Click Checkout to proceed with the order.
The following steps consist of collecting the order's necessary Reseller and End-Customer options. If the required Reseller options are already set, you need to click Save & Continue to proceed.
Enter the Adobe Admin User's email address. You will receive an email notification from Adobe with instructions on how to get started.
Press Save & Continue to proceed with the order.
Review the full order details, add a PO number, and click Place Order to place the order.
