Overview:
This article provides steps for ordering Adobe VIP-Sign Transactions with a 3-Year Commitment to Xvantage™
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Search for Adobe.
Filter the search results by clicking the Subscriptions tab and then click Adobe VIP Marketplace – Acrobat Sign.
Click See options.
Add the number of transactions for the order under Quantity. You need at least 1,000 transactions for 3YC pricing.
Click Add to Cart.
Click the Shopping Cart icon at the top right corner of the page to continue with the order. You need to select an end customer to whom you will assign the order.
Click + Add End Customer. If end customers are not available, you will need to create a new one. Click + End Customer to create a new customer account.
Enter the details for the end customer account and then click Save.
Review the details for the end customer and check the agreement to associate the end customer with the details you entered.
After selecting the details to use, click Select.
The end customer account is now selected. Click Continue to checkout to proceed with the order.
The following steps consist of collecting the order's necessary Reseller and End-Customer options. If the required Reseller options are already set, click Save and Continue to proceed.
Enter the Adobe Admin user's email address. An email will be sent from Adobe with instructions on how to get started. Check the 3YC checkbox to indicate that 3YC is wanted and enter the minimum commitment value.
Enter 1,000 as that is the minimum number of transactions required to be eligible for 3YC. Click Save & Continue to proceed.
Review the minimum quantities selected and click Save & Continue.
Review the full order details, add a PO number, and click Place Order to place the order.
