Overview:
This article explains how to order Adobe VIP Marketplace Acrobat Sign transactions with a 3-Year Commitment (3YC) in Xvantage™.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Search for Adobe.
Select the Subscriptions tab, then choose Adobe VIP Marketplace – Acrobat Sign.
Click See options.
In the Quantity field, enter the number of transactions required. A minimum of 1,000 transactions is required to qualify for 3YC pricing.
Click Add to Cart.
Select the Shopping Cart icon in the upper-right corner of the page to continue. You must assign the order to an end customer before proceeding.
Click + Add End Customer.
If the end customer already exists, select the appropriate account.
If the end customer does not exist, click + Add End Customer to create a new account.
Enter the end customer's information and click Save.
Review the customer details and select the agreement checkbox to associate the account with the information provided.
Click Select.
After the end customer account is selected, click Continue to Checkout.
Complete the required reseller and end-customer information.
If all required reseller details are already configured, click Save and Continue.
Enter the Adobe Admin User's email address. Adobe will send an email containing setup instructions. Select the 3YC checkbox and enter the minimum commitment value.
Enter 1,000 as the minimum transaction quantity required for 3YC eligibility, then click Save & Continue.
Review the minimum quantity selection and click Save & Continue.
Review the order details, enter a PO Number if required, and click Place Order.
