How to Order Adobe VIP - Sign Transactions without 3YC in Xvantage™

Overview: 

This article explains how to order Adobe VIP Marketplace Acrobat Sign transactions without a 3-Year Commitment (3YC) in Xvantage™.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Search for Adobe.

3. Select the Subscriptions tab, then choose Adobe VIP Marketplace – Acrobat Sign.

4. Click See options.

5. In the Quantity field, enter the number of transactions required. To place an order without a 3YC commitment, enter 500 transactions.

   Note: Orders with 1,000 or more transactions may qualify for 3YC pricing if the Enable 3YC option is selected.

6. Click Add to Cart.

7. Select the Shopping Cart icon in the upper-right corner of the page to continue with the order.

8. Click + Add End Customer.

   • If the end customer already exists, select the appropriate account.

   • If the end customer does not exist, click + Add End Customer to create a new account.

9. Enter the end customer's information and click Save.

10. Review the customer details and select the agreement checkbox to associate the account with the information provided.

11. Click Select.

12. After the end customer account is selected, click Continue to Checkout.

13. Complete the required reseller and end-customer information.

    • If all required reseller details are already configured, click Save and Continue.

14. Enter the Adobe Admin User's email address. Adobe will send an email containing setup instructions.

15. Ensure that the Enable 3YC checkbox is not selected.

Note: Do not enter a minimum commitment quantity for licenses or consumables when placing an order without a 3YC commitment.

16. Click Save & Continue.

17. Review the order details, enter a PO Number if required, and click Place Order.
