Overview:
This article provides steps for ordering Adobe VIP-Sign Transactions without a 3-year commitment to Xvantage™.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Search for Adobe.
Filter the search results by clicking the Subscriptions tab and then clicking Adobe VIP Marketplace – Acrobat Sign.
Click See options.
Add the number of transactions required for the order under Quantity. Since you want to place an order without 3YC, select 500 transactions.
Note: If you enter 1,000 transactions or more, the order will be eligible for 3YC pricing (if the ‘Enable 3YC’ option is selected).
Once you set 500 items as the quantity, click the Add to Cart button.
Click Shopping Cart icon at the top right corner of the page to proceed with your order.
Click + Add End Customer. If end customers are not available, you will need to create a new one. Click + End Customer to create a new customer account.
Enter the details for the end customer account and then click Save.
Review the details for the end customer and check the agreement to associate the end customer with the details you entered.
After selecting the details to use, click Select.
The end customer account is now selected. Click Continue to checkout to proceed with your order.
The following steps involve collecting the necessary Reseller and End-Customer options for the order. If the required Reseller options are already set, click Save and Continue to proceed.
Enter the Adobe Admin user's email address. An email will be sent from Adobe with instructions on how to get started. Do not check the ‘Enable 3YC’ checkbox.
Note: Do not set a minimum number of licenses or consumables.
Click Save & Continue to proceed.
Review the full order details, add a PO number, and then click Place Order to place the order.
