Overview:
This article explains how to order an Adobe Commercial subscription with Extended Terms in Xvantage™.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
In the search bar, enter Adobe.
When the Adobe products load, select Subscriptions to view the available plans.
In the filter panel on the right, under Group, select Adobe VIP Marketplace - Only Commercial.
Click Apply.
Under Adobe VIP Marketplace - Only Commercial - Extended Terms, click See options.
Enter the required number of licenses in the Quantity field.
Click Add to Cart.
Note: Adobe uses prorated billing for Extended Terms subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription after the term has started, you are charged only for the remaining portion of the subscription period. At this stage, the order is not yet associated with an end customer. To continue, click Add End Customer and either select an existing customer or create a new customer account to associate with the order.
Click the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the page.
Click + Add End Customer.
Search for and select the appropriate customer, then click Select.
Review the order details and click Checkout.
Complete the required reseller and end-customer information. In this example, the reseller information is already configured. Click Save & Continue.
Enter the email address of the customer's Adobe Administrator.
Important: Accounts with a 3-Year Commitment (3YC) are not eligible for Extended Terms subscriptions. Do not select this option.
Note: By default, Extended Terms subscriptions are billed for three years from the order date. If needed, the term can be adjusted to 1.5 years or 2 years, provided the selected end date meets Adobe's requirements. The expiration date must be at least one year from the order date and no more than three years from the order date.
Click Adjust Expiration Date.
Select the desired expiration date and click Save. The subscription term and pricing are updated automatically based on the selected date.
Enter a PO Number, then click Place Order.
After the order is submitted, a confirmation page displays the Order Receipt Confirmation Number.
