Overview:
This article will guide you how to order Call to Order Products by contacting the vendor in Xvantage for Customers (X4C).
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left nav menu select Products. Click on View All.
Select the desired product from the list. If there is an attention messages as Not available online and a Call to Order, you must contact for assistance.
From the home page, go to the bottom-left corner and click the Help icon (?).
In the menu that appears, select Contact Us.
Click on section Get in touch.
Go to Need a Quote and click on Email us.
Contact option window will appear to select the way that you want to contact Xvantage team (xvantageteam.uk@ingrammicro.com) for support.
