How to Place an Order for an Azure NCE Subscription in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article outlines the steps for placing a zero-dollar SKU in the Azure New Commerce Experience (NCE) in Xvantage.

Important: Please review and complete the steps for the first Azure NCE order for an end customer.

Note: Before placing an Azure NCE order, ensure that the Reseller Relationship has established with Ingram Micro using the following link.

Click on the Cart icon at the top right corner of the page. Please note that you can only add one Azure subscription at a time. This is because it creates a unique Subscription ID tied to the Azure Plan.
Click Add your customer.

Click the +End Customer button to add a new end customer.
Complete the required fields and click Save.
Select the recommended details and click Agree to confirm the information, then click the Select button.

Click Checkout.
Vendor Requested Information. If you have accepted the Indirect Reseller Relationship with Partner Location Account (PLA) the MPN will automatically populate in this field. If the End Customer has an existing Microsoft Domain, select Register a new Microsoft Azure Subscription in an existing Microsoft Domain, type in the End Customer's Microsoft Domain. Make sure to check Partner Attestation box, then Save & Continue.

If the End Customer is New Microsoft Domain, they need to 'Register a new Microsoft Azure Subscription with a new Microsoft Domain. Fill in all pertinent information marked with the asterisk (*). If you wish to not have your end customers information listed, you can add your information. Make sure to mark box with Yes under "Do you accept the Microsoft Agreement". Check the box for Partner Attestation, then save and continue.

There is an option to Import an Existing Azure Subscription. Please DO NOT use this feature, even if you are transferring an Azure subscription. This step will be completed separately at a later stage.
Do NOT select this option.
Potential Additional Required Actions
On the Vendor-Requested information page, the Indirect Reseller relationship must be completed and established in the Domain. You will need to have access to the "End Customer Domain" to complete it or have the End Customer authorize it. The user access must be created to access the Azure Portal to complete the process. Once all steps are completed, click Save & Continue.
On the "Vendor requested information" page, click the dropdown under "Did you authorize your partner? Did you create the required user?" and choose Yes for both. Then click Save and Continue.
Note: The Indirect Reseller Relationship has to be completed before placing the first order.
If you select NO in the dropdown under "Did you create the required user", the order will fail if you cannot add the temporary user to validate that you are the domain owner. Please contact the Ingram Micro Support Team for further assistance releasing the Manual Validation hold on the Azure subscription order.
Click in the box for Partner Attestation to verify that you are acting as an Indirect Reseller. Then, select the applicable State-Owned Entity Attestation for the End Customer. Click Save and Continue.

In the Checkout page, you must enter a PO Number (it can be anything if you do not use PO #'s). To complete the Order of the Azure NCE SKU, select Place Order. You agree to the Terms of Service and Microsoft Terms and Conditions by clicking Place Order.

The Order Acknowledgement will complete the order process. You can check the order status by clicking Home and clicking on Orders. The order will show Provisioning in Progress until it has been completed. This can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 24 hours.
