Overview:
This article walks you through the step-by-step process of placing an order using the Quick Order feature in the Cloud Marketplace on Xvantage. This method is ideal if you already know the SKU or VPN of the product you wish to order.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
On the Home page, click Quick Order.
In the Quick Order pop-up window, enter the SKU or VPN and the Quantity for each product.
To add additional products (up to 10 total), click + Add New Row.
After entering your products, click Add.
You will be redirected to your cart.
Click Continue to Checkout to complete your order.
For orders with more than 10 products:
In the Quick Order window, select Upload Spreadsheet.
Click Download Template and enter your product details into the spreadsheet.
Upload the completed file by dragging and dropping it into the gray upload area or by clicking Upload and selecting the file.
Once you’ve uploaded the file, you will be redirected to your cart.
Click Continue to Checkout to complete your order.
