Summary:
This article guides you on how to identify eligible subscriptions and initiate the Late Renewal process in Xvantage™.
Important Notes:
All Adobe subscriptions are in an Evergreen state. This means that they can never expire, they can be either active or dormant and still have a line item inside it. Even if an Adobe subscription has 0 licenses, it will still be active because Evergreen is a zero-line-item product.
An Adobe subscription will convert to an Evergreen state if auto renewal is turned off. If the auto renew date has passed, it will convert and lose all existing licenses inside the subscription.
You can NOT increase the original quantity of your renewal. If you need to increase the quantity, you must create a separate change order.
Process:
This is an optional field. For complex technical issues, use this field to specify the underlying cause of the problem.
Log in to Xvantage.
In the left navigation menu, click My Business and select Subscriptions.
From this list, look for the late renewal Adobe subscription, which will have 0 licenses and still be active and click into it.
X4C will notify you that this is an evergreen subscription. From here, you can either click the Late Renewal button, or click the Change button, then click Late Renewal.
The original quantity will repopulate under the Quantity column. Update your quantities accordingly, then click next.
Note: You can only decrease the license count or keep it the same when processing a late renewal.
Fill out any vendor mandatory fields that need updating, then click next.
Agree to the terms and conditions and click the Late Renewal button. The Late Renewal Change Order is now complete.
