Overview:
This document explains how to quote multiple Cisco configurations at once in Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over to the left navigation menu and select My Business.
Click Vendor Deals.
On the Vendor Deals page, click the search bar and select Cisco.
Search for the desired deal by entering the End Customer name or Deal ID in the search bar.
The matching search results will be displayed.
Click the Cisco deal you want to view.
Select all configurations you want on the quote - the system no longer forces a separate quote per configuration.
Click on the Request quote button.
After submission, each configuration is reviewed and approved independently. Checkout is only available for configurations that are approved and not already ordered. On the example below, only one configuration will proceed to checkout.
When you're ready to order, the Vendor Requested Information (VMF) fields must be filled out for each configuration on the quote, even pending ones. Use the left-side config list to switch between them and click Save & Continue.
Note: Approvals are still per-configuration - you'll see "Quote partially approved" when statuses are mixed. VMF fields are required for every configuration - incomplete configs block the whole checkout.
