Overview:
This article explains how to locate and redeem a subscription coupon code for BitTitan or PowerSyncPro products purchased through Xvantage, and provides links to the resources required to complete activation.
Prerequisites:
Before you begin, ensure you have:
An active BitTitan or PowerSyncPro subscription purchased through Xvantage.
Access to the subscription in Xvantage.
The coupon code displayed on the subscription's Service Details page.
Access to a BitTitan account (for BitTitan subscriptions).
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu, select My Business > Subscriptions.
Open the purchased BitTitan or PowerSyncPro subscription.
Click View service details.
Copy the coupon code displayed in the subscription details.
Important: The coupon code is required to activate your subscription.
Please note that if you have purchased BitTitan products, follow the procedure in Option 1, and if you have purchased PowerSyncPro products, follow the procedure in Option 2:
Option 1: BitTitan Products
To get on-boarded quickly with BitTitan, please follow these 3 steps:
Step 1: Login or create a BitTitan account: https://www.bittitan.com/account/login
Step 2: Redeem the coupon code in the MSPComplete platform: https://help.bittitan.com/hc/en-us/articles/115011801008-Redeem-a-Subscription-or-License-Coupon
Step 3: Start your project - Apply User Migration Bundle Licenses to the customer's users:
Option 2: PowerSyncPro Products
To get on-boarded quickly with PowerSyncPro, please follow these 3 steps:
Step 1: Log in using the link: http://license.mypsp.io/redeem
Step 2: You will be directed to the redemption page.
Step 3: Enter your coupon code in the "Enter Coupons" field and click "Redeem".
