Overview:
This article explains how to submit a pricing request for AWS Hyperscaler opportunities in Xvantage, including selecting products, providing customer information, and obtaining an Opportunity Number for quote processing.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu, navigate to Products > View All.
Select the Hyperscaler Marketplaces tab.
Use the available filters to identify the AWS products and vendors required for your opportunity.
Note: For hybrid opportunities that include both hyperscaler and non-hyperscaler products, contact your Ingram Micro sales representative. AWS Marketplace offers can only include eligible hyperscaler products. Non-hyperscaler items will be processed and invoiced separately.
Select the product you want to quote.
Choose an existing customer or create a new customer record.
Enter the required reseller information.
Provide the end customer's AWS account information.
Complete all required fields.
Submit the pricing request.
After submission, an Opportunity Number is automatically generated.
Provide the generated Opportunity Number to your Ingram Micro sales representative. This number is used to track and process the pricing request.
Once pricing has been completed:
Your Ingram Micro sales representative will provide the corresponding quote number.
Review the quote details and pricing information.
Proceed with the next steps required to create an AWS Marketplace offer, if applicable.
Best Practices:
Verify the customer's AWS account information before submitting the request.
Ensure all required opportunity details are completed to avoid processing delays.
Share the Opportunity Number promptly with your sales representative to expedite quote generation.
For opportunities that combine AWS Marketplace and non-AWS Marketplace products, engage your sales representative early in the process.
