How to Request to Join Your Team in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article provides an information about a new feature on Xvantage that allows reseller users to request access to their company's account directly from the login page.

Process:

1. On the Xvantage login page, click Request to Join Your Team.

2. Complete the access request form with the following information:

   • Work email address

   • Reseller ID (Ingram Micro Customer Number or BCN) - You can obtain this number from your account administrator or an authorized user within your organization.

   • Required personal details

3. An authentication email will be sent to the provided work email address.

4. Once the email address has been verified, a request will be sent to the relevant reseller administrator.

5. The reseller administrator can then review the request and create the user profile.
