How to Synchronize Mapped Products in Xvantage™

Overview: 

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to synchronize mapped products through the mapping screen in Xvantage. You can synchronize the mapped products' prices, costs, and SKU changes between Xvantage and Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. In the left navigation menu, click My Business then select Cloud Services.  This will open a separate tab with User Interface 1 (UX1) for Resellers, then click Integrations. 

3. In the Products tab of the Mapping screen, click Sync mapped. You can also do one of the following:

   1. Synchronize one mapped product at a time by clicking Sync.

   2. Synchronize multiple mapped products by selecting them and then clicking Sync selected.

   3. Synchronize all mapped products by clicking Sync All.
