How to Update the Quote Probability and Expected Order-by Date in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article provides step-by-step instructions for updating the Probability of Ordering and Expected Order-by Date within a quote in Xvantage. Maintaining accurate quote pipeline information helps improve forecast accuracy and ensures better visibility into expected business opportunities.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over to the left navigation menu and click My Business.

3. Click Quotes.

4. Use the search bar or apply filters to locate the quote you want to update.

5. Click the Quote Name/ID (a hyperlink) to open its details.

6. Click the Probability of Ordering.

7. A pop-up window displaying the Quote Pipeline Information will appear.

8. Select the appropriate probability value.

9. Click Confirm.

10. Select the Expected Order By Date.

11. Click Confirm again to save your changes.

12. The Probability of Ordering will now be updated successfully.
