Overview:
This article will help you how to upgrade a Proofpoint subscription in Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and click on My business, then select Subscriptions.
Search for the Proofpoint subscription you’d like to make changes to.
In the Overview tab of the subscription, click the Change button, then select Plan or quantity.
To change the plan (by default this will occur immediately after the confirmation), use the toggle to confirm if there is no upgrade or an upgrade desired.
Update quantities using the - and + buttons.
Add additional products by ticking the box to the left. You will see changes reflected in the payment summary.
Once changes selections are made, select Submit Quote. The quote will go through the same approval process as a new subscription.
Once approved, the Change button will update to a Checkout button. Continue with the ordering process.
