Overview:
This document will help you to upgrade an existing License Subscription by unlocking advanced features and increased capacity in Xvantage for Customers.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over to the left navigation menu and click My Business.
Click Subscriptions.
Search for a subscription in the search field by typing vendor name or specific number.
A list with all subscriptions based on your criteria search will appear.
By clicking on a subscription number, you will be redirected to the Overview of the selected subscription.
On the subscription page, click the blue Change button.
From the dropdown menu there are options:
Plan or quantity - you can upgrade from annual to monthly or vice versa; increase or decrease the quantity of licenses
Partial upgrade - you can upgrade from annual to monthly or vice versa
Co-term Subscription
Disable auto-renew
Put on hold
Change payment method
Cancel subscription
Select a change option and proceed with the subscription upgrade.
