Overview:
This guide is for authorized users and administrators responsible for moving Microsoft NCE subscriptions into Xvantage.
Important: Import or Transfer?
Use the Imports tab only for eligible subscriptions already associated with the current partner relationship. If the subscriptions were received through a transfer from another Microsoft CSP partner, use the Transfers tab and follow the applicable transfer instructions.
What You Can Import
This tool only supports Microsoft NCE subscriptions. Before starting, ensure your subscriptions are:
Active and not suspended.
Within a supported region.
Standard product categories (Specialized offers or trial versions may not work).
System Requirements: Your marketplace must meet these conditions:
Seamless Move extension is installed and enabled.
Microsoft NCE offers are active in your catalog.
Your user profile has "Order Management" privileges.
Process:
Before You Begin Check these requirements to avoid errors:
The destination customer account must exist in Xvantage.
You have the correct Microsoft tenant domain.
The subscription is not already listed in Xvantage.
Seamless Move is enabled in your account.
Log in to Xvantage.
From the left navigation menu select My Business, then click Cloud services.
Go to Seamless Move in the left-hand navigation menu. Click on Microsoft Operations. Then, choose Import.

Fill in the following fields:
Customer Name: Enter the existing End Customer Account ID for which you want to import the subscription.
Microsoft Domain Name: Enter the tenant domain associated with the subscriptions (e.g., company.onmicrosoft.com). You can find this in the Microsoft Partner Center.
Microsoft Subscription ID: The Microsoft Subscription ID field must NOT be filled in when importing multiple subscriptions.

Once the details of the subscriptions to be imported have been displayed, select the subscriptions that you wish to import by using the corresponding checkboxes. You can select all the subscriptions at once by clicking the checkbox at the top.

Note: In the Auto-renew column, you can see the auto-renewal status of the subscriptions that will be imported. Subscriptions can now be migrated regardless of the auto-renewal status (enabled or disabled).
Review the service plan that will be assigned to each selected subscription. If there is no service plan available for the subscription, it will not be possible to import it. In that case, the subscription will have a background color, and it will be disabled.
If an SKU is found in several service plans, you must choose one of them before proceeding with the import. In this case, the service plans found will be displayed in a drop-down list in the Plan column. Choose one of the plans to continue.

Required Attributes - You must fill in all required order attributes. You cannot create new attributes during the import. If an attribute is missing or incorrect, contact your support team.
Click Import.
Select your billing timing:
Current Period: Billing starts in the current cycle.
Next Period: Billing starts in the next cycle.
After the import, check these settings in Xvantage:
Is Auto-Renew on or off?
Are there any scheduled seat changes?
What is the commitment end date?
Note: The option to select when the billing order will be created will not be displayed to indirect resellers. The billing order will always be created in the current billing period for indirect resellers.
Pricing and Discounts: Check the price of the selected service plan before finishing. The system may not automatically apply special negotiated prices.
Click Submit Request to start the process. This action creates a Migration Order. You cannot undo this step. If the migration order is completed successfully, a pop-up message with the migration order number will be displayed.
Once the import is complete, use Xvantage for all changes. Do not change seat counts or cancel subscriptions in the Microsoft Partner Center, as this will cause billing errors in Xvantage.
