Overview:
This article explains how to validate a quote in Xvantage before converting it into an order.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and click My Business.
Select Quotes.
Search for the quote with a Ready to Order status using the available search categories or filters.
Click the Quote Name/ID to open the Quote Details page.
Review the quote details, including the End Customer information, to ensure they are accurate.
Under Line Items, review each product, including the available inventory.
To view additional information for a product, such as its status, available quantity, and expected warehouse delivery date, click More.
After validating the quote details, click Continue to Checkout to generate an order from the quote.
