This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to view SEC Filings in Xvantage, including Annual Reports, Quarterly Reports, Section 16 Filings, and Proxy Statements.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Scroll down and select About Ingram Micro.
The Ingram Micro website will open.
Select the Company tab, then click For Investors. The Investor Relations page opens.
Hover over SEC Filings, then select All SEC Filings.
Use the Filing Type and Year drop-down menus to view the available forms.
