How to View an Existing Return/Claim in Xvantage™

Overview: 

This article provides instructions on how to view and search for Returns and Claims in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click My Business.

3. Select Returns and Claims.

4. Under Type, select the appropriate option:

   • Returns – to view return cases.

   • Claims – to view claim cases.

5. Use the available filters to narrow down the results, if needed:

   • Status

   • Created On

   • Last Modified

6. To search for a specific case, select the appropriate search option from the drop-down menu and enter the relevant information in the search bar.

7. Press Enter.

8. The matching results are displayed.

9. Click the relevant Case # hyperlink to view the complete case details.
