How to View an Existing Return in Xvantage™

Overview: 

This article provides steps on how to check your claims/return requests on Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the left navigation menu, choose My business, and then select Returns and claims.

3. Select Search for existing Return from the Returns Management screen.

4. Using the drop-down menu beside the search box, choose the search criterion that matches the detail you have on hand like:

   • Invoice #

   • Reference #

   • Claim #

5. Hit Enter to start searching.
