How to View an Existing Return/Claim in Xvantage™

Overview: 

This article provides instructions on how to view and search for Returns and Claims in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click My Business.

3. Select Returns and Claims.

4. You will be directed to the Returns & Claims tab.

5. To search for a specific case, select the appropriate search option from the drop-down menu and enter the relevant information in the search bar.

6. Press Enter.

7. The matching results are displayed.

8. Click the relevant Unique ID hyperlink to view the complete case details.
