How to View an Existing Return/Claim in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article provides instructions on how to view and search for Returns and Claims in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click My Business.

3. Select Returns and Claims.

4. The Returns and Claims list will be displayed.

5. Search for a specific return request using the search bar. You can search by any of the following:

   • Unique ID

   • Invoice #

   • RMA/Claim #

   • Reference #

   • SKU

   • VPN

6. Press Enter to display the matching results.

7. The search results will display the following information:

   • Unique ID

   • Created On

   • Type

   • Reason Description

   • Return/Claim #

   • Reference #

   • Estimated Total

   • Credit

   • Last Modified

   • Status
