Overview:
This article provides the steps to view Business Review insights in Xvantage, including sales performance, sales trends, top sales, sales drivers, and platform utilization.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and select My Business.
Click Insights.
The Insights Overview page will be displayed.
Click the Business Review tab.
Review the following information:
Overview – Displays high-level metrics for sales and orders. Sales figures in this section are rounded.
Sales Patterns – Displays historical trends and fluctuations in sales figures.
Top Sales – Displays top sales by category or vendor.
Sales Drivers – Highlights key factors influencing sales growth or decline.
Platform Utilization – Provides insights into how platform utilization contributes to sales.
To view business review insights for a specific period, click the period drop-down and select a time period from the available options.
