How to View Cloud Orders in Xvantage™

Overview:

Follow the steps below to locate and review all cloud orders within Xvantage™.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. From the Left Navigation Menu, go to My Business then go to the Orders section.

3. Click Filter and select Cloud solutions under the Line Of Business. Select the necessary Order status you want to view and click Apply. The filtered results will appear.

4. Click the Reseller PO # of the order you want to view, and it will show the All-order line details which include Plan & options, Quantity, Reseller cost, Total reseller cost, Margin, End customer price, and Total end customer price.

5. You may also click on the View more details to expand the view to End Customer PO # which includes the Billing Address and the End Customer Address.
