How to View Help Categories in Xvantage™

Overview:

The Help Categories section organizes Help and Support articles and videos by topic, making it easier to find relevant content.

Process

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click Help and Support.

3. Scroll down to Help Categories.

4. Select a category to view the available articles and videos.

5. Select View More Articles and Videos to view all content available for the selected category.

6. Select an article or video to view the content.

   • Note: Not all articles have a corresponding KB video.
