How to View Ingram Micro Ultra Reward Admins in Xvantage™

Overview:

This article covers the step-by-step process to view Ultra Reward admins. Ultra Reward admins are authorized to view, manage, and redeem company reward points.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Hover over the left navigation menu and click on My Business, then Ingram Micro Ultra.

3. On the Ultra membership page, click on Manage on the Rewards widget.

4. A left hand navigation menu will pop up.

5. You will see the Ultra Reward Admin(s) listed, click Close.

PLEASE NOTE:

• If you are not a Reward Admin, you cannot add or remove Reward Admins.

• If you believe you should have access to Reward Admin permissions, please reach out to the User(s) listed in the menu.
