Subtopic 1: How to View Ingram Micro’s Environmental Policy

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Scroll down to the Company Information section at the bottom of the Home page.

3. Click Social Responsibility. The Sustainable Impact page opens in a new tab.

4. Scroll down to the Frequently Requested Policies section and click on the Environmental Stewardship Policy.

Subtopic 2: How to View Ingram Micro’s Human Rights Policy

1. Click Social Responsibility in the Company Information section at the bottom of the Home page. The Sustainable Impact page opens in a new tab.

2. Scroll down to the Frequently Requested Policies section and click on the Global Human Rights Policy.
