1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Scroll down to the Company Information section at the bottom of the Home page.

3. Click Social Responsibility. The Sustainable Impact page opens in a new tab.

4. Scroll down to the Frequently Requested Policies section and click on the policy or report you wish to open.
