Overview:
This article provides the steps to view the Insights Overview in Xvantage.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and select My Business.
Click Insights.
The Insights Overview page will be displayed.
Review the following insights available on the overview page:
Recurring Services – Provides insights into recurring revenue streams and customer engagement.
Business Growth – Highlights growth opportunities by targeting similar customers and new markets.
Sales Maximization – Identifies sales opportunities through tailored cross-sell and warranty attachment insights.
Product Lifecycle – Provides information on renewals and end-of-life replacements to help maintain service continuity.
Trending Products – Displays the top-trending products and categories for the current week.
To view more detailed information, click View More on the corresponding card. You will be redirected to the relevant page for additional insights.
