How to View Order Details of a Microsoft Subscription in Xvantage™

Overview: 

This document will help you to view Order Details of an Active or Pending Subscription in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Go to My business from the left navigation menu.

3. Click on Subscriptions. 

4. Search for a Microsoft subscription in the search field by typing vendor name or specific number.

5. A list with all subscriptions based on your criteria search will appear.

6. Select a subscription by clicking on the blue subscription number (hyperlink) in the Subscription column. The subscription will load on the page.

7. There will be a Processing order message in an orange field with a blue order number which is an active link. There will be a message: “There is a pending unprocessed order for this subscription. Wait until the order is completed to be able to change the subscription.”

8. Click on the blue order number which is an active link. A new window will appear with Reseller PO information.
