Overview:
This article explains how to view special prices, applied discounts, and available quotes for a product in Xvantage, and how to add a quoted item to your cart.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Search for the required product.
On the product details page, select one of the following options:
Special Price Ends DD/MM/YYYY - when clicked it opens the Summary of discounts applied and available quotes window showing following information:
Discount type
Discount applied
Quantity limit
Expiration date
Quantity Discount - when clicked, the Summary of discounts applied and available quotes window opens and shows information on available quantity discounts depending on the quantity selected.
Quotations - when clicked, the Summary of discounts applied and available quotes window opens and displays available quotations you can select to purchase:
Quote number
End customer
Quote expiration date
Available quantity
Quoted price
Depending on the option selected, the Summary of Applied Discounts and Available Quotes window opens and displays the relevant information:
Special Price Ends DD/MM/YYYY
Discount type
Discount applied
Quantity limit
Expiration date
Quantity Discount
Available quantity discounts based on the selected quantity
Quotations
Quote number
End customer
Quote expiration date
Available quantity
Quoted price
If viewing available quotes, select the desired quote and update the quantity if required.
Click Add to Cart.
Go to the cart to complete the order or convert the cart into a quote.
Notes:
Only active and eligible quotes are displayed.
Verify the quote expiration date and available quantity before adding an item to the cart.
The quoted price is automatically applied when the selected quote is added to the cart.
Review special price expiration dates before completing the purchase.
