Overview:
This document will help you to view the Billing Information for a Microsoft Subscription in Xvantage for Customers.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Go to My business from the left menu.
Click on Subscriptions.
Search for a Microsoft subscription in the search field by typing vendor name or specific number.
A list with all subscriptions based on your criteria search will appear.
Select a subscription by clicking on the blue subscription number (hyperlink) in the Subscription column. The subscription will load on the page.
Select Billing.
The current Payment Method will appear.
