How to View the Governance Policies in Xvantage™

Overview: 

This article will guide you on how to browse through the different Governance policies on the Ingram Micro Website.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. Scroll down to the Company Information section at the bottom of the Home page.

3. Click Environment | Social | Governance. The Sustainable Impact page opens in a new tab.

4. Scroll down to the Frequently Requested Policies section. The following policies are available:

   • Environmental Stewardship Policy

   • Global Human Rights Policy

   • Code of Conduct

   • Supplier Code of Conduct

   • Anti-Bribery Policy

   • Non-Retaliation Policy

   • Privacy Statement

5. Select the policy you want to view.

   • Some policies can be downloaded by clicking Download next to your preferred language.

   • Other policies will open as a PDF in a new browser tab.
