Overview:
This article explains how to access the Help Guides section within Returns and Claims in Xvantage. The Help Guides provide quick access to important resources such as FAQs, policies, escalation procedures, and contact information to support your returns and claims process.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over the left navigation menu and click My Business.
Click on Returns and Claims.
The Returns and Claims list will be displayed.
Click Help Guides located at the right side of the screen.
A Help Guide pop-up window will appear.
Within the Help Guides, you will find the following resources:
Help Guides – Includes useful link for Frequently Asked Questions
Policies – Includes links for Returns Policy and DOA Warrant Policy
Contact – Includes business hours and email addresses
