How to View Your Order History in Xvantage™

Overview:

This document explains how to view your order history on Xvantage.

Process:

1. Log in to Xvantage.

2. In the left navigation menu, click on My business then select Orders.

3. The Orders page includes various details such as:

   • Order date: The date when the order was placed.

   • Reseller PO #: Your custom PO that was added during the purchase.

   • Order number #: A unique identification number is generated to confirm the authenticity of the order.

   • Amount (Inc GST): Cost of the order.

   • Status: If the order is open, in processing, or completed, action may be required or it may be canceled.

   • ETA: Estimated shipping date.

4. You can browse through your order history list by utilizing the Filter button located in the upper right corner of the window.

5. Alternatively, you can also look for a specific order via the search bar located on the upper left corner of the page.
