Question #1: What types of data feed files are available?

Answer: Ingram Micro provides two formats for the Generic Price & Availability (P&A) data feed:

  • Simplified File (X4STD_FULL): Contains a smaller set of attributes and is available for direct download via a link or SFTP.

  • Comprehensive File (STDPRICE_FULL): Includes all data in X4STD_FULL plus extra attributes like EAN, weights, and dimensions.

Question #2: How frequently is the Price & Availability data updated?

Answer: The data feed is updated daily. It provides pricing based on a default customer account and does not include vendor-specific or restricted pricing (e.g., Apple).

Question #3: Why is the price in the data feed different from what I see on the website?

Answer: The price in the feed is based on a default customer account and may differ from personalized prices shown on the website. Price tiers, vendor terms, or specific promotions may cause variance. You can request a custom feed by contacting the Ingram Micro team.

Question #4: Why is a product visible on the website but not in the data feed?

Answer: This may happen due to several reasons:

  • Product is restricted and requires authorization.

  • Vendor has configured the SKU to display only on the website.

  • Products are generic or inactive.

For authorized access to restricted products, reach out to your Ingram Micro representative.

Question #5: How can I access standard cloud pricing?
