Our global framework establishes standards for programmatic execution, customer experience, and internal operations both globally and locally. This standardized framework allows for scalable and efficient global program delivery that compliments local program delivery, providing our partners with consistency in engagement.
Accelerate transformation and growth:
Ingram Micro Ultra accelerates our partners’ transformation and growth by offering members exclusive benefits and discounts that are unlocked by doing more business with Ingram Micro. Additionally, only Ingram Micro Ultra members are eligible to earn rewards (offered through purchasing incentive and enablement programs) designed to amplify portfolio growth.

Answer: To participate in Ingram Micro Ultra, customers must first opt in via Xvantage. Once enrolled, they gain access and the ability to unlock a wide range of benefits, rewards, and incentive programs tailored to their membership tier.
Ingram Micro Ultra is a three-tier membership plan designed to reward partners as they grow. Upon enrollment, the member’s business with Ingram Micro is evaluated based on revenue – and the member is placed into the tier within which they qualify: Essential, Advanced, or Elite. As members grow their business with Ingram Micro, and advance through these tiers, they unlock exciting benefits and offerings carefully curated to meet you where you are and take your business where you want to go.

Partners may receive both global & country‑specific benefits and opportunity to participate in campaigns to earn rewards
Ultra Rewards
Reward points that are issued to Ingram Micro Ultra members for performing specified behaviors and making specified purchases.
Depending on country, reward points may be issued to the company (House Account) or to an individual user account.
A member designated administrator (Rewards Admin) can redeem points for the House Account through the extensive rewards catalog, with catalog offerings varying by country.
